A Letter From Germany

So email has been iffy but we are managing to talk every few days and emial in between. I thought I would post Richards last email describing Germany. "The weather has been nice, a little cold when the sun is down, but good huddie whether during the day. no snow just a little rain on the day I got hear, and for a short time tuesday. my day starts at 6-am and getting dressed and shaving. then eat breakfast at the chow hall ( good but it is the same thing every day) then we get driven to the army post office at the air field, where we process the mail for 22,000 americans (service members and there families) living on the 5 posts in the area. we get off around 5 drive back and eat dinner before 6 when the chow hall closes. after that it is free time, so I have been walking to the gym and spending time trying to find a wireless internet signal so i can email Stephanie and do some home work."

We are on day9 and counting down... Yeah, almost half way done. I love you, babe, thank you for serving our country! We miss you!

We are so very proud of Richard. Dad and I miss him almost as much as you and the kids do. I think its knowing he is so far away that makes this assignment a bit harder. Can't wait to have the family all together when he returns.

How difficult to have this training come up in the middle of the semester. I hope all goes well.

Steph,
I think you are so awsome to have so much faith and be so supportive to Richard. I know your family will be blessed. I miss seeing you all the time. Leave a comment or two on my blog I feel left out not hearing from you!
