Why is it that we hide real eggs? Someone asked me this when discussing Easter traditions. I simply replied," because that is what I did when I was younger." Isn't that so true. Our traditions pass on to our children and their children. Wow. i remember finding eggs all over the cabin when I was little. If I remember right we even forgot one, but by the end of the weekend we knew we had by the smell. So smart Richard aka the easter bunny always counts them before hiding them. Our kids have yet to figure out why the eggs are still cold when they find them. Silly bunny! Parker was especially cute this year. He totally loved finding the eggs and then cracking them all over. Who would have known that Fnado ( If you need explaining the Fnado part just ask Uncle Cody ) Parker would figure out how to peel them. I bet you can imagine the mess we had Easter morning.
