Christmas Already!!!!

Okay so I have to vent for just a moment, I am so upset well not that upset, okay only when I go into Walmart and other stores that are already putting Christmas stuff out. Did we forget about Thanksgiving. Should we not be thankful for what we have before we start asking for more? Come on. Okay I am better, but if anyone agrees with me, post a comment. Stores have pushed Thanksgiving decor to the clearance section and it hasn't even passed. Oh, the nerve. Anyway, thanks  for being her my blogger so I can vent!!:)

I fully agree regarding the retail stores russhing Christmas. Everyone needs to take the time to be thankful and show some gratitude. Life is short enough without rushing all the days together.
I loved your garden. Must admit that some of what is planted in your garden came as a surprise. You were able to capture each rose with a color that is really for your children. Keep the blog going. Love ya

Frankly, I hate WalMart! and refuse to go near one (here in little old Logan, they are building a second super WalMart across the street from the new super Macey's. One WalMart per town is MORE than enough for me!) But on Saturday night, Nov 1, we noticed a neighbor had their entire house decorated with lights for Christmas! Every window, eve, door, porch post! So it's not just the stores anymore.

I also agree!!! I was telling Brady the other day how rediculous it is that they have Christmas out and that was like 2 weeks ago! They seem to put it up earlier and earlier every year...next thing we know it won't ever come down...it will be up all year long!!!

Don't forget to mention the Christmas music that is already being played on the radio.

I like getting in the holiday spirit early, so I enjoy the Christmas music on 100.3FM. To me, Thanksgiving AND Christmas are a time for giving. What I hate is the commercialization of Christmas and how Thanksgiving is pushed to the back. I actually saw Christmas items in the store BEFORE Halloween! I know that it is a big money maker for retailers, but seriously, do we need to start the hustle and bustle before it is even cold out?

You are so right. However, I appreciated getting a couple things for Thanksgiving at 60% a good month before it's here instead of days after!
