My Garden
In my garden the shape is not defined. It is not round or moon shaped. It is not square or oval, it is a shape of a heart, where everything in my garden I love with all my heart. My garden starts with pure and clean soil. The dirt in my garden represents Christ, all things that are clean and worthy will grow in His purity. There is a small tree in the center. It is not full grown yet, this is Richard. He is my center of my garden and he over sees all in it. He is still growing along with the rest of my garden. He is a beautiful tree and he is there all through the year. Just as he is here with me always. I also have three beautiful rose bushes that represent my children, Red, that one is Dani, she is full of energy and love, Pink, that one is Ashlee, she is full of warmth and laughter, Yellow, that one is Parker, he is going to be the one to be friends with everyone, he is also my charmer. Among these bushes in my garden are tulips of all colors. These are always here but not always blooming, they represent my friendships of friends, family members and ward members, at different times our friendships are blooming, not always there in sight, but always there. Part of my garden is full of marigolds, these represent my childhood and growing up with them planted under my own kitchen window at my parents house. They remind me to be grateful for what is around and enjoy the moment, because it passes by just as quickly as marigolds loose their bloom. In my garden there is one rock that represents someone who I know I will see again, someone who plays a bigger part in my garden now then I ever realized growing up, this rock is my Grandpa who passed away. He is a part of my garden all year round. He adds that little touch. Everything in my garden is pure and perfect just as the soil it is growing in! Although my garden changes with the seasons, one thing is the same, it will always be there.
